How much does the clinic visit cost?
For new patients, the initial clinic visit is Free. For follow-up patients, the clinic visit is $100, and the amount is paid online by credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged after you have been seen, at the end of the visit. At this time, we do not take insurance.
Who are the patients seen in clinic?
We see any patient who is a resident of the State of Indiana, with stable or chronic heart disease. Patients with emergencies are not seen, and we ask that these patients dial 911 for help.
Can someone else join?
Yes, a family member or caregiver can participate in your online virtual clinic visit.
What equipment do I need to start the online visit?
To begin your online visit, you need a mobile phone, or an internet connected device such as a Tablet or a Desktop Computer.
